Durch meinen international geprägten beruflichen Werdegang habe ich Kontakte in aller Welt geknüpft und bin fachlich bestens vernetzt. Auf diese Weise kann ich das neueste Wissen und die modernsten Technologien als medizinischer Leiter der YOUSEE in den Dienst unserer Patienten stellen. Hier betrachten wir unsere Leistungen nicht nur als Lifestyle Surgery, sondern als medizinisches Teilgebiet.
Zudem liegt mir eine individuelle Beratung und die persönliche Betreuung jedes einzelnen Patienten am Herzen. Bei der Planung einer Augenlaser-OP frage ich mich deshalb immer, ob ich diesen Eingriff so auch bei mir oder meinen Angehörigen durchführen würde. Aus diesem besonderen Vertrauensverhältnis heraus kann ich meinen Patienten die beste Beratung und die grösstmögliche Sicherheit bieten.

Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. Theo G. Seiler berät & operiert Dich in Basel, Bern, Zürich und in Düsseldorf.
Er spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch & Französisch.
Nach dem Medizinstudium an der Universität Zürich habe ich meine Facharztausbildung am Klinikum rechts der Isar in München, am Inselspital in Bern sowie an der Harvard Medical School in Boston abgeschlossen. An der Universitätsklinik für Augenheilkunde des Inselspitals Bern bin ich seit dem Jahr 2018 als Oberarzt tätig und erhielt dort 2020 die Venia docendi (Habilitation).
Mit diesen vielfältigen, wissenschaftlichen und klinischen Erfahrungen arbeite ich seit 2020 als medizinischer Leiter der YOUSEE und daneben als Oberarzt am Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf mit dem Schwerpunkt der refraktiven Chirurgie und Hornhauttransplantationen. Für spezielle wissenschaftliche und klinische Fragestellungen bringe ich meine Expertise auch weiterhin an der Universitätsklinik für Augenheilkunde des Inselspitals Bern und am IROC in Zürich ein.

Anterior Segment Excellence 2025 in Zürich.
Der Anterior Segment Excellence Kongress, ausgerichtet vom IROC in Zürich, ist eine spezialisierte Fortbildungsveranstaltung für Augenärzte und Fachpersonal im Bereich der Ophthalmologie. Er behandelt vor allem Themen der refraktiven Chirurgie, Erkrankungen der Hornhaut und deren Therapie sowie die Behandlung des Grauen Stars mit verschiedenen Kunstlinsen-Implantaten.
